The Yadavaran oil field is in south western Iran near the Iraq border. It will be developed from two gathering manifold sites.
The EPS will include the drilling and hooking-up of 8 wells via 8'' buried flow lines to manifolds located at Khusk and Hosseinieh (4 wells per manifold). An above ground 10 km x 12'' infield line from each manifold will be connected to the GOSU/CTEP area where the two lines will be joined via a pig gable ''Y'' piece to a 12'' above ground pipeline to a termination point some 500 meters from the boundary fence of the existing facility located some 45km south east of Yadavaran.

The Yadavaran oil field is in south western Iran near the Iraq border. It will be developed from two gathering manifold sites. The produced crude will be transported to a Gas/Oil Separation Unit and Central Treatment Export Plant (GOSU/CTEP). The crudes (heavy and light oil) are processed separately. The processed crudes and excess gas will be exported separately to the Ahwaz Booster Station (ABS) and a tie-in point near ABS respectively about 100km away.

The project land is located on Persian Gulf shore in the Hormozgan province in Iran.
The onshore gas processing facility is a part of Kish Gas Field Development. Feed gas from sweetening unit enters to dehydration unit which consists of two identical trains with capacity of 500 MMSCFD each. Water content of inlet gas is 1001 ppm at the worst case which will be reduced to <0.1 ppm in the outlet of the unit. The unit is comprised of a number of molecular sieve beds. At any time a minimum of one molecular sieve bed shall be on regeneration and the rest on parallel adsorption to meet the water dew point specifications.
APG is responsible for endorsement of basic design, detailed engineering, procurement and supervision during construction, commissioning and start-up of the unit. |
